Toprak İlaç was founded in 1990. The company who rapidly accomplished considerable success within first 4 years, opened up a production facility in Adapazarı in 1994, equiped with modern computerised systems with a 110 million box yearly production capacity. The facility with its 26.000 sqm closed area is one of the modern and highest capacity medicine production factories in Turkey.

The employees of the factory which is run in conformity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) ,aim at safety in quality and effectiveness. Toprak Pharmaceuticals, which has modern technological equipment to apply quality, assurance and verification of quality in its laboratories,is proud to be a pioneer in production sector with the guidance of experienced personnel.

In 1998, in order to gather the selling and marketing activities, Toprak İlaç Pazarlama A.Ş. was established. Toprak İlaç who has wide range of medicine portfolio, has the avantage of offering alternative treatments with 56 trademarks in 108 forms.

25 licenced trademarks are actively produced in 45 forms and are being sold nationally and internationally.
One of the priorities of Toprak İlaç is to cooperate with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical firms who are investing on new product research and developments. One of the outcomes of these initiatives is a deal which was signed in 2011 with LDPSA, a French company. Toprak İlaç optained the Exclusive Distributor rights of UNIMER (sterile ocean water) in Turkey and the product was presented to the market.
