MANUFACTURING PLANNING AND WAREHOUSES

Manufacturing is done in specified batch according to capacity of machines. Manufacturing processes are validated according to batches.

Toprak Ilac has two warehouses, one which serves as the general storage area with a capacity of 6500 pallets with 3456 high shelves, and another which provides additional storage of penicillin and cephalosporin products. The warehouses have their own climate control and combustible/explosive depots.

All stock location and movement in the warehouses is computerized and monitored by reliable modern system software.

The most modern carriage and storing devices are used in the warehouse layout and carriage operations.
