Toprak İlaç, one of the pilot Manufacturing Plants of the Turkish pharmaceutical
sector, generates with the latest technology.
Having a broad production portfolio, Toprak İlaç also offers a number of

At Toprak İlaç, liquid, solid, cephalosporin, penicillin and pomade forms continue to be produced.
The Liquid Department;
Every kind of liquid form such as suspension, syrup and emulsion is produced
in a closed system with filtration, mixing and storing technology controlled
by computers. Water that constitutes the major part of the products in the
liquid department first passes through the general purification systems
at the factory and is used only after passing through an additional stringent
deionization process.

The Solid Department;
 Tablets,
film tablets, dry powders and capsule forms for suspension are produced
using granulation and fluid bed drying systems.
Beginning with granulation, the form phases are completed in closed computerized
systems without any manual intervention. All transfers are made
in stainless steel containers.

Cephalosporin and Penicillin Productions ;
 In accordance with the GMP rules and instructions from the Ministry of Health, Cephalosporin and Penicillin productions are located in areas completely separate from the other production areas.
The air conditioning systems, warehouses, weighing areas, personnel entrances
and dining halls of these areas are also separate from other divisions.

Pomade Department;
In the pomade department, semi-solid forms such as creams, gels, and lotions
are produced.
The vacuumed full equipment and integrated production tanks provide reliable
and high quality production.
